Our average turnaround time varies from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the case. For projects outside of Florianópolis, the postal delivery time must also be considered. Urgent cases can be discussed directly with our team.

We accept physical impressions via courier for clinics outside the greater Florianópolis area, and for clinics within the city we collect them. We also send STL/PLY digital files via our online platform or email. We offer complete support for both digital and analog workflows.
Yes, all our work comes with a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. We make adjustments and rework when necessary, always prioritizing the satisfaction of both the professional and the patient.
Each piece undergoes rigorous control in 5 stages: initial inspection, fit verification, color and translucency analysis, resistance test, and final inspection through our professional photographic protocol. We use state-of-the-art technology, 3D scanners for precision, and cutting-edge ovens.
